Check with your audiologist to see if there is a device for your aids
that is used to couple to a cellphone and is worn around your neck.
Most of them have a 3.5 mm jack for an external audio source such as the
radio.  That's what I use - but it's necessary to recharge it overnight.
 Make sure that the device is not "VOX" operated - that can drive you
nuts if the audio stream is not continuous.
