[Elecraft] K3 intermittent receive issue

One easy thing that can be done quickly - give each of the TMP 
connectors a slight turn - use long nose pliers (fingers are not small 
enough in crowded areas).

If it fixes the problem, great.  Otherwise, continue with the other 
troubleshooting steps indicated by others.
