[Elecraft] [K3] Setting up signalink, fldigi, and K3

Scott,

There is a jumper in the SignaLink USB you can set 
to provide more RX audio out. Using Digipan 2.0 I 
didn't need to do that with my K3. But I've never 
tried Fidigi.
