[Elecraft] Text Decode Issues

I haven't yet given up, I think there is a timing issue that just has a hard
time 'hearing' the proper spacing on certain letter combinations. Almost
like there is a latency and the machine is still 'forming' the previous
letter. Hard to explain, but I'm going to keep at it until I can figure out
something. If this radio could decode as well as the Begali CW machine, it
would be a PERFECT radio!
