[Elecraft] [K3] FPF failed

Something like this came up on the list not too long ago. If I remember
correctly [no guarantees on anything involving the word "remember"], the
problem went something like:

There are 3 sets of firmware loads in a K3 ... MCU, FPF, and DSP [DSP
twice if you have the sub-rx]. They normally load in sequence
automatically in that order. It is possible, but not common, that the
new FPF load begins looking for a response from the new DSP which hasn't
been loaded yet.

I believe the solution given was: Uncheck all but the MCU and load it.
Then check only the DSP and load it. Finally load the FPF. Or
something like that, maybe someone else remembers this better than I do.
