[Elecraft] Fixed and Reproduced - Ham Radio Deluxe + KX3 Issues - Re: KX3 - ATU Disabled Problem

Reported the issue to HRD and they responded saying this has been fixed in
HRD 6.2. No more details of how this was fixed.
