[Elecraft] Current buy configuration

I would get rid of the 1.0K CW filters for 700Hz and get rid of the 
400Hz for 250Hz.
I would get 1.8Khz SSB filters instead of the 2.1KHz.
The KXV3A is not included in the K3 so you need one for the P3. The 
upgrade is for those users who bought the original KXV3.
