[Elecraft] Recalibrating the XV144

Greetings All, I do not understand. A common failure here.
I have the Phase lock board installed in the K144XV 2M transverter
in my K3. The K3 is factory and I installed the K144XV and the PL board.
Apparently I failed to calibrate/recalibrate the unit after installation.
Now I have gotten around to working on getting this on 2M and find
the freq is off. So following the destructions in the option manual I
tried to do the recal. My problem is I cannot get to the CONFIG:REF CAL
menu. It is just not there. But then if I go into the OFS menu and try
to tune the freq I get REFLOCK instead of a change in freq.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Obviously I am missing
