[Elecraft] any creative suggestions for a missing part?

I'm missing the "guts" of one of my yellow test point connectors for my K2.
 The yellow shell is there, but not the metal insert that connects to the
probe and is soldered to the board.

>From experience, missing parts take about a week to arrive here.  Anyone
have any suggestions on how to work around this so I don't lose more time
waiting on parts?

ps - I know the best suggestion is for me to inventory the parts I have
left so I don't have to wait again, and I'm doing that now.
