[Elecraft] XG3 set up

Hi David, 

One thing to check that is fairly common is the 3.5mm serial jack which
plugs into the top of the XG3.  Just make sure that it's fully inserted into
the top.  

If you're still having trouble, please contact Elecraft support for
additional help.
