AH, that did it! Thanks for the help -- I was missing that second tap to
get out of Menu.
Now, I'm seeing 5.6 volts on PLL1 and 2.9 on PLL 2.
Not sure what the tolerance range is but maybe we've lost some
regulation of PLL1's voltage?
