[Elecraft] mic cover for Yamaha CM500

The little foam cover for my CM500 headset mic is ripped and I am trying to find a replacement.  There was a post about this several months ago, and I cannot find it. Part of the problem is I don't remember what the actual thing is called. Yamaha, for all of it's good products has about the worst website on the planet….

Any suggestions on a source? I remember a poster had a link to a third party who sold such things  Thanks in advance.
