[Elecraft] K3/0 to K3/100 twin issue at K6LRG - mode switches usb to cw

After more testing, I see that, as stated previously, this is a display
problem. When in ssb mode and pressing PTT I am modulating the k3 even
though the k3/0 diplays cw mode.
