[Elecraft] K2 Recieve Tuning is off

As per my previous note, I just finished the KPA 100 and KIO2 Mods for my
K2. Thanks Don for the suggestions on USB to serial.

While listening around the bands, I find that my tuning is off, which
wasn't the case before the mods. WWV is off by several Hz, and when I tune
in CW, I find it loudest  and the tone is nowhere near my sidetone, making
the SPOT useless.  Frequensee on my phone has the tuned CW signal at about
1200 hz and my sidetone is 600 hz.  Before going through the complete
retuning process, my question is there something I should check regarding
the recent mods?
