[Elecraft] the K1 and CQ WPX ....

Even with the strange conditions I ended up with my highest score ever !!! I was single-op QRP 40 meters only. Had 144 Qs , 139 multipliers for 68,249 points. The K1 did a outstanding job !! The tones of the CW signals were rough due to the big Solar Fart and made tough copy here in NNY. The 200hz filter was up to the task with some rather steep skirts to keep out most of the unnecessary QRM. The K1 worked without a hitch and the proof is in the score !! Thanks Elecraft !!!
