I highly recommend building the kit version.  Besides saving some money it will also remove
any hesitancy in opening the rig up later to add whatever filter or module you may want.

To make the build go easier

1.  Be sure you have a good philips screwdriver. (No chewed up tip)
2.  A well lit work area
3.  Anti-static mat
4.  Sort the parts out, calipers are handy to separate the various lengths of similar screws.
