No, it fails either way. But I found a loose coax connection in the cable to
the dummy load. I will repair that and try again.

Does the milliwatt calibration work if you use the procedure described on
page 50 of the D10 version of the K3 Owner's manual?

still fails the 1 Milliwatt test.

I suggest you update your utility to the latest, 1.13.4.15 from the Elecraft
website here:

You are way behind on your Utility version.
