[Elecraft] Enhancement request: CW skimmer in P3

Dear Elecraft,

I would really appreciate it if you'd add CW skimming capability to the P3.
I can kind of get it with a second SDR receiver, but it's clunky and
kludgey. Please consider it for the next major P3 enhancement.
