Tks Tom, Jim and Gerard,

I read about the problem, but never mind because = " It's happend only to 
others"..

I will follow your info and send a mail to "Elecraft parts" team. (They are 
in Cc of this email)

Knobs  seem (and are) made ??of a material not too strong. They play and 
cracks appear.

By the way think i have to change my DSP . (My K3 is #1625).

I'have to do some mods on my K2 also but it is another story hi hi.
