[Elecraft] K3 feature request 'CW in SSB' change

I use CW when in SSB when on 6m a lot, but I jeep the paddles in a
clear area where nothing can touch them except my thumb and
forefinger. Even then I bump them anyway.

Joe is right!  We don't need changes to the K3 to protect us from
making mistakes.
