[Elecraft] K3 RS232 work with 0-5 volt TTL level data?

Anybody know if this is so?

I'm talking about sending data to the K3, not receiving data from it.

Much to my surprise, my computer accepts TTL level input as long as the 
polarity is right.

Being lazy. I just haven't gotten around to trying it yet.
