The band was just not very good. On the air for twenty minutes and got
one response. Mike, AB9V gave me a 339 while he was bouncing up and
down but still well over the noise. I had to run up at 14051 kHz
because of all the activity around the putative net frequency so the
band was not completely dead. Let's see what 40 meters brings.
