[Elecraft] SSB Net on 14.303.50

What is the scheduled to be now.  I thought it was 313.5

I could barely hear Phil but think I may have been checked in. 
Conditions were very weak too.  When they called for the Northwest the
signal from SoCal was strong but he could not hear me at all. The only
response I got was from a 4 land op.  I only got a partial return though
when QRN rose.
