[Elecraft] Echo when transmitting

Hi Tony & fellow Elecrafters,

Could be that you have your monitor level up too high, could this be the 
source of your "echo" but there is virtually no latency or delay (Echo) 
as with an echo.

My thoughts for what it is worth.
