Hans,

You will have to remove the connector from P6 - the K2 still thinks the 
KAT2 is connected.
If you installed all 10 pins as instructed, it will be tight.  Try 
prying it up bit by bit with a small screwdriver.

The 320 ohms on the collectors of Q7 and Q8 indicate that the PA 
transistors have failed.  It is possible that your initial problems with 
the KAT2 caused the PA transistors to be stressed.

I would strongly recommend that you order the K2PAKIT from Elecraft 
because it contains matched PA transistors and also replacements for Q11 
and Q13 which sometimes fail as a secondary problem when the PA 
transistors fail.
