[Elecraft] Elecraft; Is there a problem with emailing Sales?

I emailed SUPPORT... got a response in an hour or so, and had the cable two
or three days later... fixed it for me.

I thought of emailing SALES, but hoped it would not be something I had to
purchase... thus SUPPORT.
