[Elecraft] New K3, audio (speakers) dead

Issue is fixed now. Received the new DSP board today, and speaker works fine
after the swap. Elecraft was very good at resolving this issue under
warranty.

DSP replacement document fails to mention KDVR3, which is also installed on
the DSP board and must be removed and placed on new board. I almost missed
that, following the replacement document to the letter... Need to update the
document.
