Went to your web site someone misinformed you about the general coverage
receiver it "Does Not" take up and extra space nor does have to be removed
to install everything.

What you were thinking is the sub-receiver and yes it does go in on the top
"almost", there is the 2m module in there also. So install that GC receiver
and do all the SWL you desire, I do also and love it enjoy your new K3.

I have never regretted my K3 purchase. Even when the KIO3 board flaked out.
