[Elecraft] Cannot Change bands with Ham Radio Deluxe

[K5HM]

HRD works ok with my old radio an ICOM 718.  And seems to work with HRD
5.24.  This is the only anomaly  I found so far.  

Haven't tried it with other logging programs yet.  I am going to switch to
Logic 9 soon.  Think it might be the CAT cable; will try that.

Has to be with HRD.  Have three other logging programs here and all work 
fine.  Have you backed up a HRD version?  Has HRD ever worked for you? 
Have you tried other logging programs?

You need to know what HRD is sending to the K3 to diagnose the problem.
