[Elecraft] Win4K3Suite is now available for download

Murphys law hit.  If you downloaded the software before 9:00 EDT today, there
was a bug that will affect North Americans on July 1st.  It has already hit
the Europeans.....I had some date code to expire the betas and I forgot to
remove it.
If you have downloaded the version before this, please uninstall and
download the version on the web now.  It is correct.

Sorry for the issue.
System requirements will now be listed on the web as well.
