I'm on the SteppIR site every day and I haven't seen any recent reports on
the CrankIR. My guess is that they haven't yet begun shipping.

There's a photo of N9ADG using a CrankIR with what looks to be a KX3 on the
SteppIR site here:

Brian was probably a beta tester. According to the top two photo captions he
took the CrankIR to Hawaii. You could drop him a line to get his
impressions.
