Can anyone comment on the comparisons with the sub 100 watt amps such as the:

THP HL45B ~ $450 for 45 watts
Hardrock50 ~ $259 for ~ 50 watts
HFPacker

in terms of signal quality and features?

As far as I know the HL45B does band switching only with the FT817.  For all the other rigs, the band switching has to be manually done.  Ditto, the Hardrock50, which also has not gotten FCC certification (yet).
