[Elecraft] Palm Pico paddle for the KX3

      Correct.  The bracket is a slightly V shaped piece of metal.  One 
side attaches to the KXPD3 with screws, the other is bolted to a standard 
(Pico) Palm Paddle quick-mount.  If the feet are not extended, the bracket 
rises towards the operator.  -kb7psg
