[Elecraft] KAT500 beta firmware revision 01.41 available

KAT500 beta firmware version 01.41 is now available.  See

This version introduces features that require some tweaks for the KAT500
Utility. The Windows version is ready (on the same web page).  Mac and Linux
versions of the KAT500 Utility will be updated within the next few days. 

 

One of the capabilities of this new beta firmware revision is a
configuration option to turn off the microcontroller's crystal oscillator
when the ATU is "idle". If you use PC host software that communicates with
the KAT500, please review the SL command in the updated KAT500 Serial
Command Reference at
