[Elecraft] KX3 firmware rev. 1.52: CW-in-SSB feature now allows keyer speed adjustment

Not sure why this was posted to the Elecraft reflector, since this was a limited discussion about firmware being field-tested by several customers.

In any case, I'll be investigating this issue right away.
