[Elecraft] KX3 - KXBC3 NiMH Charger

I just use an MFJ-1317.  13.8VDC at 2.89 amps, it's perfect for both simply
charging and transmitting from, you just need to grab a PC power cable to
connect to the other end.  You can also use the MFJ-4103 (which is the same
as the 1317 but also includes a Yaesu FT-817 adaptor which I believe is
removable).
