[Elecraft] K3 CAT input sequences when TX, get a locking error

Hi all.
I have a silly problem, as I use CAT sequences to change filters
values from my N1MM logger to the beloved K3.
Each time that I push, as I have done for years with other brands
RTXes, a macro button that contain a CAT command about a change of RX
filters when in TX I get an error. As a result the radio become
unusable until a power down/up cycle.
That's repeatable, the error code is almost the same and it is documented.
It speak almost about internals modules communications fault.
Other CAT commands, i.e. engaging and disengaging RTTY two tones
filters, worl perfectly from the same point of view. When activated
they doesn't lock on error the whole radio. Maybe those other CAT
sequences get executed
I think this is what everybody get on the same circumstances, isn't?
By examples, those named (f400Hz pbrtty) are the N1MM Logger macro I
use, #X are my comments:
#1 this CAT command lock the radio on error if used in TX
f400Hz,{cat1asc bw0050;}
#2 this CAT command doesn't lock the radio on error if used in TX
pbrtty,{cat1asc swh29;}
The only differences that I could see is that #1 use a strict command
sequence. Instead the #2 use a FP button to be translated to internal
codes sequence.
But this looks like more a lexical rules than a technical aspect.
Any clue?
TU in advance
