[Elecraft] [KX3] KX3 Setup For Contesting?

It's a matter of semantics. This topic comes up every year.
ARRL can call it whatever they like, but if scores are posted in QST and
winners are announced in various categories, it certainly functions like
a contest.
If it walks like a duck...
