2.1.3. Single Operators may be divided into subcategories based on power output:

2.1.3.1. QRP: 5-W PEP output or less. 

2.1.3.2. Low Power: 150-W PEP output or less.

2.1.3.3. High Power: More than 150-W PEP output (see rule 1.3).
