The preamp can be turned off with 'PA0;', but (AFAIK), NR can only be
toggled, with a 'SWH19;',- not explicitly turned off.

BTW, 'RX;' does not turn off the attenuator - it just places the rig
in receive mode. Use 'RA00;' to turn off the attenuator.
