[Elecraft] K3/KPA500/KAT500 SWR problem

This is correctable in firmware (we're looking into how best to achieve that). 

It is extremely unlikely any damage would occur. Both the KAT500 and KPA500 monitor a half-dozen parameters and go into bypass immediately if operation is unsafe.
