[Elecraft] Fwd: Speakers audio is gone

Hello Don and thanks for the info…that’s what I expected…a short from ring to
sleeve. I have a 1/8 stereo plug to solder up to the SP 20 tomorrow per your
suggestion. Somewhere I read that Elecraft had installed some bleeder
resistors (or ?) to help delay the inevitable smoke from the audio amp.

As always thanks for your input. I left Elecraft four years to wander the
desert looking for other rigs. My K3 review in E-Ham says it all. Glad I’m
back. Soon 160 will return and my K3/P3 will be ready.
