[Elecraft] P3 SVGA USB Keyboard transmission controls

I experienced similar Demonic behavior with my new K3/P3/P3SVGA...like
sending odd characters via pressing the Enter key on the keyboard in any TX
mode, or appending my call with an additional letter or number. An e-mail
description to Paul was quickly replied to with hope for a fix.

That's why we who support Elecraft do so willingly with great respect for
their work. Trying to get a similar response from others might take months,
if ever.
