[Elecraft] KX3 copying settings to another

OK.

So do you know how could it be done? Is it planned? Must be a few SO2R 
K3/KX3 ops out there by now....

Any reason why a 100% backup could not be taken? Or is the idea that a 
combination of firmware (MCU and DSP) plus the configuration backup is 
the same as full backup, what else is missing?
