[Elecraft] P3 Not Showing Sub Receiver Cursor When Not In Split Mode

Hi Bud,

Split or XIT causes the "RED" transmit cursor to appear.  The "MAGENTA" VFO
B cursor is turned on or off in the menu as posted by K5OAI.
