[Elecraft] P3 SVGA RTTY decode question

I was copying RTTY on my P3 SVGA and I found that it was dropping a lot
of characters. I finally figured out how to decode directly on the K3
and it wasn't dropping characters at all.

Is there something I have set up incorrectly?
