[Elecraft] Wounded Warrior - Ham Operator

Here is what I am willing to do to help further ---

If there is anyone who has a KPA100 that is not working and would like 
to donate it for this cause, you can send it to me - I will get it 
working and see that it is properly forwarded.
He may need a KAT100 too.  If one is available, I will put both in an 
EC2 enclosure so that he can have the "K2 Twins"
