[Elecraft] Out of Band Xmit

"Out of band" means different things in each of more than a hundred countries, so it is a lot of work to put that in firmware. Handy, but very tedious, and it would probably delay other features.

I wouldn't mind band edge beeps myself, I am a bit absent-minded about that.
