[Elecraft] KX3 firmware update (12-kHz audio spur fixed, etc.)

I am listening on a Bose Stereo system not just the internal speaker so the
difference may be more notable.  I am also very picky about my audio.

Interesting. Well, I and a number of other testers have noted better
fidelity, and the op who had measured the in-band OSB image at 20 dB
reported that it had dropped significantly.

I've been listening to music in the AM broadcast band in SSB mode with FL2
engaged, and it sounds quite clean.
