If you know the original purchaser (and to help, the approximate date of 
purchase), the folks at Elecraft may be able to dig that out of their 
files.  Send an email to sales at elecraft.com to inquire.  A new serial 
number sticker can be made for a nominal price ($1 or $2 if I recall).
